CUSTOM WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS DESIGNED FOR YOUR NEEDS

Our engineers take an application-driven approach to industrial water solutions, carefully considering technical, operational, and financial requirements.

Throughout the development of your purified water generation system, Water Works Inc. engineering team collaborates closely with customers and Architecture & Engineering (A&E) partners to assess and document user needs through User Required Specifications (URS) and User Defined Requirements (UDR).

We utilize advanced technologies, including computer-controlled infrared (IR) fusion, to ensure the highest purity welds, which promote long-lasting systems with superior microbial control. With extensive experience, our team excels in designing low-pressure, compact, and simplified systems that deliver significant savings in both capital and operating costs—while maintaining exceptional performance.

For every installation, we perform a thorough economic analysis to balance your operational and growth goals with capital, operating, validation, and maintenance costs. By continually investing in cutting-edge manufacturing technologies and top engineering talent, we provide cost-efficient solutions without sacrificing quality.

In accordance with industry best practices, the final design specification package includes the full documentation of user needs and incorporates not only the intended application(s) and site-specific requirements, but also the business objectives (expansion plans, budget, etc).

CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS

We are proud of our track record – our commitment to manufacturing excellence, strict project management, and customer service has allowed us to become a preferred provider for many businesses and institutions.

We work exclusively with Water Works

The University has worked with several water service companies and has evolved to the point where we work exclusively with Water Works on our new building designs.
When compared to previous designs, the new installations are more compact, have fewer DI bottles, and yet perform at equal, if not superior levels.

Large Public Research University (La Jolla, CA) Principal Engineer
This system, engineered and designed by Water Works, produces 1-10 megohm water at 40% of traditional footprint. The facility saves 1.2 million of gallons of water per year.

This advanced system creates top quality water at 50% of traditional operating cost. These savings are largely driven by a reduction in footprint, that resulted in consolidation and simplification of needed equipment, delivering significant savings on operation and maintenance.

The high quality (5-10x cleaner than city water) allows for many additional uses of the reclaimed water.

LEED Platinum Laboratories Purified Water System
Water Works has been instrumental in helping us achieve ISO and FDA compliance of our purified water system

Their hands-on approach to solving problems and upgrading equipment on the system and in the lab has been a key factor in keeping us compliant through several FDA and customer audits

Pharmaceutical cGMP Manufacturing Facility (San Diego, CA) VP
We designed and installed a new deionized water system (DI skid) that replaced an EDI system in two cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in San Diego, CA that specialized in clinical and commercial development of acute care products.

Switching to the new soft water solution resulted in increased conductivity blowdown cycles (from 3500 micromho to 10,000 micromho), saving more water. The system reuses reverse osmosis (RO) concentrate as one of the water sources for cooling towers, drastically cutting water consumption of the operations.

WHY CHOOSE WATER WORKS INC. FOR YOUR ULTRAPURE WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM

We prioritize transparency, flexibility, and cost control by using non-proprietary materials and providing clear documentation, including material origins, maintenance schedules, and reordering processes. This ensures compliance with regulatory standards like FDA, EUDRALEX, and ICH.

As a San Diego-based manufacturer, we streamline production times and validation costs by offering onsite Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). 98% of the work is completed at our facilities, which means fewer disruptions and faster timelines for you. We can also speed up delivery for clients who need their systems quickly.

Once installed, we provide a full range of services—from maintenance to validation contracts—ensuring your system operates smoothly throughout its lifecycle. While we offer 24/7 emergency support, our main goal is to focus on preventative maintenance to keep your system running at its best.
