We are seeking a PC Technician for our Mandeville, LA facility. The responsibilities of a PC Technician at MECO will include:

• Configure/maintain/troubleshoot/support computer hardware and software in a Windows environment
• Basic LAN / WAN skills
• Help Desk support for internal users
• User training
• Upgrade firmware, software, and outdated hardware systems
• Maintain and document computer hardware and software inventory
• Maintain and monitor Virus and Malware software

Education, Experience, and Technical Knowledge

College, technical school, or professional training preferred in addition to 2 years OTJ experience

Knowledge of personal computer operating systems and hardware in a Windows environment

Experience upgrading and repairing computers and related equipment including printers and scanners

Experience loading and maintaining Microsoft Office products

Knowledge of multiple desktop products

Programming skills a plus
