As a company founded in New Orleans, we love shedding light on the culture, heritage, music, and good food that makes The Big Easy so remarkable. While so many traditions might look different this year, this is one that we’re proud to be able to continue to pass on — from our kitchen to yours. Whether in the south or elsewhere, it can’t be denied that cooking (and eating) a gumbo is good for the soul.
