MECO Facility

State of the art from floor to ceiling.

Our manufacturing facility, the Sugar Land Plant is located at 12505 Reed Road in Sugar Land Texas. The MECO Sugar Land Plant includes almost 66,000 square and produces the company's Lightweight Water Purifier, USP Purified Water Systems, Marine Reverse Osmosis Plants and a variety of other products.

Equipped to handle the largest orders - efficiently.

The Sugar Land plant houses an engineering center, QA facilities, purchasing, MIS and Human Resources. The plant employs approximately 100 personnel and in addition to assembly work, operates clean orbital welding rooms required for the biopharmaceutical industry, an enclosed titanium welding room, an enclosed electrical panel fabrication shop, an enclosed paint booth, aluminum, stainless steel welding stations and other miscellaneous functions.

The facility also maintains a warehouse for receiving, storage, packaging and distribution of parts for field spares and projects. The company utilized modular construction offsite to expedite the need for office space within the plant.

Specially designed for testing.

The plant's test facilities are "closed loop" for minimizing water consumption and discharge, reducing operational costs and providing an environmentally friendly design.
